These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the BSB007 platform and all associated services available at bsb007-casino.bet (BSB007, we, us, or our). To the extent permitted by law, BSB007 excludes liability for losses that arise from technical failures, internet outages, or events outside our control. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim will not exceed the value of deposits you have made in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Complaints should be directed to our support team in the first instance. BSB007 aims to respond to formal complaints within 14 business days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant authority under our operating licence.
BSB007 may update these Terms at any point. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the platform after an update is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
