Withdrawal Policy

This policy covers the requirements, methods, and timelines for withdrawals from BSB007 accounts held by Australian players.

Before You Can Withdraw

A withdrawal request will only be processed once the following are in place:

  • Your account has been fully registered and identity verified.
  • Any active bonus wagering requirements have been completed.
  • The deposit turnover requirement has been met where applicable.

If any of these conditions have not been satisfied, your withdrawal request will be held until they are.

How to Withdraw

Withdrawal options available to your account are listed in the cashier. BSB007 supports PayID and bank transfer for Australian players. Not every deposit method is available for withdrawals. The cashier will show which options are currently available when you submit your request.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum withdrawal amount is AUD 28.00. Maximum withdrawal amounts and monthly ceilings depend on your account tier and are shown in your account settings. Higher-tier accounts have access to increased limits.

Turnover Before Withdrawal

Where a deposit has not been run through sufficient gameplay activity, a turnover requirement applies before that deposit can be withdrawn. This is a standard anti-abuse control. If a requirement is active on your account, the details and the remaining balance are shown in your account dashboard.

How Long Withdrawals Take

Once your withdrawal is approved and all account conditions are met:

  • PayID withdrawals: typically processed within a few hours of approval.
  • Bank transfer withdrawals: typically 1 to 3 business days after approval.

These are estimates. Withdrawals may take longer if additional verification is needed, during high-volume periods, or where a compliance review is triggered. BSB007 will let you know if your withdrawal is going to be delayed beyond the normal timeframe.

When a Withdrawal May Be Held

BSB007 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where:

  • Identity verification documents have not been submitted or are still under review.
  • Your account activity has been flagged for compliance assessment.
  • A suspected breach of these Terms is being investigated.

A hold does not mean funds have been forfeited. You will be notified of the reason and given a timeframe for resolution. Funds are only withheld beyond that where a confirmed rule breach is established.

Fees

BSB007 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, which BSB007 has no control over. Where a withdrawal is attempted without meeting applicable requirements, an administrative review may apply before the request is processed.
